The summer track & field programs are generally held each Saturday afternoon and the programs run to a timetable - so you know when your preferred events are scheduled - you do need to register for the events 30 minutes prior to the events listed starting time.
Did you know? You don't have to be elite to participate - we encourage you to come and join us and have fun - the whole family can get involved.
Track events include:
100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 10,000, race walking, steeplechase, hurdles and relays.
Field events include:
High jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, shot put, discus, hammer and javelin.
